Please read these terms carefully before using the dk2k platform. This document defines the service relationship between you and dk2k.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dk2k platform and all its services. By registering on the platform or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Definitions & Key Concepts
1. Definitions & Explanations
The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have specific meanings:
- "Platform" refers to dk2k's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
- "Account" refers to your personal registered profile on the platform.
- "Services" refers to online gaming, sports betting, live casino, and all related activities.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to money provided for promotional purposes, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
- "Real Funds" refers to cash deposited by you.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use the dk2k platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must provide your identity and information accurately.
- Each person may hold only one account; having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same IP address or the same device.
- If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, dk2k reserves the right to close the account immediately.
As part of account verification, dk2k may request relevant documents to confirm your identity. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily restricted.
Account Security & Payments
3. Account Security
It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect that a third party is using your account, contact the dk2k support team immediately.
- The user is solely responsible for all activities on the account.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
dk2k supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply:
Deposit Rules:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others).
- Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in your name; deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact our support team.
Withdrawal Rules:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- dk2k reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
- Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
Bonuses, Promotions & Betting Rules
5. Bonuses & Promotions
dk2k offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to using these offers:
Welcome Bonus:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus; total balance becomes ৳2,000.
- Before withdrawing the bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met.
- The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus).
General Bonus Terms:
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and conditions.
- dk2k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, dk2k reserves the right to cancel the bonus following an investigation.
- Multiple accounts from the same household or device cannot claim the same bonus.
6. Betting Rules
To enjoy sports betting, live casino, and slot games on dk2k, the following general rules must be followed:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The result of a game or bet may be voided due to a technical error.
- Maximum bet limits set by dk2k apply to sports betting.
- For live casino games, the game provider's own rules also apply.
- If manipulation or an attempt to gain unfair advantage is detected, the related winnings will be voided.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs will be treated as the final evidence.
Prohibited Activities & Account Management

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk2k platform:
- Using any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive methods.
- Abusing the bonus system or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Stealing or unauthorisedly using another user's account information.
- Using the platform to deposit or withdraw funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
- Using automated software, bots, or any other automation method.
- Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward dk2k staff.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party or participating in a professional gambling syndicate.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension or Closure by dk2k:
- Involvement in prohibited activities.
- False information found during identity verification.
- By court order or government directive.
- In cases of indefinite inactivity (no transactions over an extended period).
Closure by the User:
- You may request account closure at any time through the support team.
- Under the responsible gaming policy, you have the option to self-exclude for a specified period.
- Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.
Liability, Privacy & Responsible Gaming
9. Limitation of Liability
dk2k will not be held liable for the following:
- Any loss in a game or bet caused by internet disconnection.
- Any adverse outcome resulting from a software error by a third-party game provider.
- Account information being stolen due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruption caused by external circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
dk2k makes every effort to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service, but it may be necessary to temporarily suspend the service for certain reasons.
